These Thor photos were captured by McSnotty and the resurrection his Kodak Instamatic from yesteryear.

A handsome beast we both agree and whats caught his eye is the unabashed and liberal use of the eye-popping colour (or eye gouging depending on taste).

The Ride Forever Motorcycle Show 2017

Well, in a complete reversal of last year, I decided that I would forego the usual Saturday night cocktails and have an early night so I could attend the show this year. I also managed to persuade both of my (known) offspring to tag along because, as I’m advancing in years, I would need someone to carry all the loot/specials I would be collecting as I trawled though the showgrounds.

News of the Day for September 2017.

It is getting to be that time of the year when we start thinking about the approaching summer and what we could or should be doing. Riding motorcycles of course. But with the weather that we have been having over the last few months any of that enthusiasm to get out to the workshop to do stuff has completely disappeared. Knobster has even admitted to sitting in front of the open fire watching Mrs Knobster carrying in the firewood to stoke up the inferno while he adds to his collection of empty bourbon bottles.

However things have been happening.

1938 Norton Sales Catalogue.

I firmly believe that everybody wants to own a Royal Enfield, the only problem is that there are just not enough out there to supply the demand so next on the list seems to be Nortons (so my friend Ken says).
